Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bangladeshtradedata.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bangladesh Trade Data.
Important Notice
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and all related services. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and others who access or use our Bangladesh trade data services, APIs, dashboards, and licensed datasets.

Acceptable Use Policy

Bangladesh Trade Data may suspend accounts for abusive usage, terms violations, or suspicious activity pending investigation.
Payment & Billing
Access to premium features and data requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bangladesh Trade Data and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Refund Policy
Bangladesh Trade Data offers a fair refund policy for qualifying situations:
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests within 14 days of purchase
- Unused subscription credits (minimal usage)
- Incorrect billing or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing platform access
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@bangladeshtradedata.com with your account details and reason for the request.
Termination
Bangladesh Trade Data reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
Terms Violations
Breaching any provision of these Terms of Service
Non-Payment
Failure to pay subscription fees when due
Abusive Usage
Excessive API calls, scraping attempts, or platform abuse
Legal Requirements
Compliance with law enforcement or regulatory requests
Account Inactivity
Extended periods of account inactivity (12+ months)
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your account data within 30 days of termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh , without regard to conflict of law principles.

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
Mediation
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation in Addis Ababa
Jurisdiction
Courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction for legal proceedings
Changes to Terms
Bangladesh Trade Data reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through:
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
